I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The facilities were well-maintained, and my room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful and always made sure my stay was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location in a quiet area was perfect for some relaxation time.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel was comfortable and peaceful, the staff friendly and helpful and the restaurant very good. The feeling was of relax. The location is also near the old, beautiful city of Ragusa Ibla. I hope to visit the hotel again on my next trip to Sicily.

On-site restaurant and wait staff excellent, notably the breakfast. Parking much better than at all other hotels on our trip. The hotel's architectural design and spacious grounds made our stay particularly pleasant.

Location a bit distant from in-city tourist attractions and necessitates use of a car-- but good for day trips to other cities.

Charming hotel with historic elements. Great location for exploring Ragusa. On-site parking. Lovely pool and exceptional pool service. Wonderful restaurant with delicious food at reasonable prices.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The interiour and design is very beautiful. It is a joy to breakfast in the restaurant and overlook the domain. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are very nice. The breakfastbuffet is simply perfect. We als ate at the michelin rated restautant, but were a bit dissapointed about some of the dishes.

The surroundings of the hotel are not so nice. It is quite far away of the centre of Ragusa. The hotel would have been perfect if it was located in the countryside.

We've been staying at Villa Carlotta every time we travel to Sicily. We've NEVER been let down. The decor is beautifully simple with a contemporary feel and while being unassuming, it's fantastically relaxing. The restaurant is in my opinion their VERY BEST asset! The food is a state of the art affair. Not only is it delicious, it is almost a pity to eat because the presentation is so artfully done! Definately 5*

There isn't much I can say except maybe that for a person who is travelling without transport - it may be a bit out of the way!

Great pool and comfortable rooms. Delicious food in the restaurant and friendly staff. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere and is perfect for a relaxing break. Plenty of parking space and easy access to nearby attractions.

The hotel is located a bit far from the town center, so it is necessary to have a car or use a taxi to get around. The immediate area around the hotel lacks charm and can be noisy at times. However, this is balanced by the tranquility of the hotel grounds.

We were very warm welcomed in Hotel Villa Carlotta where we only could stay one night, but it should have been more. Villa Carlotta is modern designed, with a very good restaurant and great breakfast. The staff is professional and as the Sicilicians are in general: very positive, pleasant and joyful. Furthermore, the swimmingpool and Spa are super. In sum, just located outside the city of Ragusa, Villa Carlotta is the best place to relax and sleep calmely.

Villa Carlotta has elegant finishes and care for detail in the interiors and even in the presentation of the food.

The design superb but then they did not find a way to disguise the external AC units, The AC in the loft area in our room did not work well, while the lower part of the room was cold, the loft area was quite warm. The other thing is that we would have prefared to have a flexible cord shower head, as with two kids its not easy to shower them with the fixed shower head without getting wet.

the hotel was located close to a superb restaurant and nestled in a quiet residential area. the rooms were clean, well-organized, and neatly decorated with elegant furnishings. We received friendly service from the staff, who were always willing to offer help and advice. the breakfast was delicious with fresh juices, fruit, and a wide variety of Sicilian-style cuisine. We enjoyed a lovely view of beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool. the proximity of the rooms to the pool was one of the advantages.

There was an unannounced wedding one night that caused noise disturbance during the event.

Modern, minimalist style, but welcoming hotel with splendid outdoor pool. Best breakfast on our Sicily round-trip. You can see that the high gastronomical standards of the Hotels restaurant are also valid in the morning.

Great Xmas Experience

We had a great Xmas experience on our stay. We loved the delicious breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions. the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The food options were quite limited for lunch and dinner. We also found the room a bit small for our liking, but it was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

The luxury... The large suite with a large jacuzzi.

Villa Carlotta is an exquisite modern place. You want to go there! The whole place and the service was the best we had in Sicily.

Service was a bit cold upon arrival, but if you're handled by the Ladies of the staff, everything will flow perfectly!
